Don’t despise the day of small things,
in life, small actions, small words, without cost yet priceless .
A smile . A nod. A wave. A kiss.
A chat with the neighbour when you're oh so busy!
Giving ' the widow's mite' even when you're hard up.
A word of thanks for a job well done,
A word of gracious appreciation for efforts made even when the outcome isn't perfect !
Each act a blessing , And in blessing others you yourself are blessed.
Jesus himself said, "Anyone who gives
a cup of water in my name... will certainly not lose his reward."
