Dear Lord, I
pray.

for God to govern our life and thoughts)
For your love to overwhelm me
Your peace to surround me
Your blood to cleanse me
Your power to heal me
Your forgiveness to release me
Your arms to uphold me
Your mercy to follow me
Your rebuke to correct me
Your wisdom to enlighten me
Your presence to guide me
Your angels to protect me,
Your Word to speak to me.
In Jesus we must put our trust
Our Saviour, dearest friend
Our strength and our deliverer,
Be with us till the end.
